After focusing all my fire on the beautiful project I CHANGE, I burned myself out and needed all the time and space to give all my energy to myself. In this period I came to Damanhur, the biggest spiritual community in Europe. Here I found a place, a reality, where my soul instantly felt at home. The Temples of Humankind built within a mountain, vibrated so deeply within my being like I had been there before, like I was a part of it. 

The time I spent in Damanhur was like entering into another reality and another time consciousness. One month felt like at least half a year, while back in the Netherlands time flashed by within a blink of an eye. In this reality bubble in northern Italy, I did not feel the pressure and chaos of the system, the pandemic and pain in the world. 

Being in Damanhur made me realise that if they are able to create an alternative reality, we all are able to do that! Since this journey I received dreams, collective dreams, where we build villages all over the world. Villages where people live in freedom, free to shine and share their brightest light. These villages were connected to each other, creating a web of light points around the world. 

Damanhur was calling me not to join their path, but to create another one

My whole life I have been a creator, I jump into the unknown and pave the first steps of new pathways. So I moved to Italy, not to join the Damanhurian path, but to create a new field around it. One that can become a blueprint for many other places around the world. 

In 2022 we started with a small group of beautiful people a new adventure when a sacred land presented itself to us. A six hectares piece of land, with a big house and old quarry was for sale for 69.000 euro. The sacred number of 69 represents the cycle of life. Where the ending of the old fertilises the soil, for new beginnings to sprout out to the light. 

When the timing was right we received a phone call from Finland. From a man who came to visit Damanhur and wanted to meet us. After sharing our story he realised why he was there in that moment of time. The number 69 has been on his path for a long time, and after just selling his house in Helsinki he knew that that money was meant to help communities to start. After he visited the land, he looked us in the eyes and said; “Money can never be the problem in a creation like this.”

To buy the land not as private property but as collective caretakers, our Damanhurian guides helped us to found an Italian association. It took us a full pregnancy of exactly 9 months to officially buy the land, in November 2022 we became caretakers of Eleeda.
